Overview

The execution arm that builds everything Landrs develops.

Construction is where the group's plans become physical. With in-house architecture, an owned material supply network and turnkey delivery, we control quality, cost and timeline end to end.

The company serves the group's own developments and townships first, and operates as a standalone contractor for external clients, which smooths demand across the cycle and keeps the delivery bench sharp.

Position in the Chain

What flows in, what flows out.

Fed by: Binarham Industries

Steel and cement from the group's own industrial arms arrive at cost, removing supplier margin from every project the company delivers.

Feeds: Society

Homes, commercial buildings and civil infrastructure delivered by this vertical become the physical fabric of LANDRS City and every colony the group operates.

Focus Areas

Where capital goes to work.

Each focus area is a discrete, ownable position. Open any of them for the operating logic behind it.

03.1

Residential home construction

Single homes and residential clusters built to a published standard, for group developments and private clients. Residential delivery is the proving ground for every process the company runs at larger scale, and the most direct way the Landrs brand earns household trust.

Plot-plus-construction packages

A plot in a Landrs development sold together with a fixed-price build contract. The buyer gets one accountable counterparty from ground to keys; the group captures both the land margin and the construction margin on the same transaction.

03.3

Commercial and industrial buildings

Shops, plazas, warehouses and processing facilities, including the plants Agro-Industries runs. Commercial work carries larger contract values and builds the heavy-delivery capability the township pipeline requires.

Material supply chain network

An owned procurement network for cement, steel, aggregate and finishing materials, fed where possible by Binarham Industries. Owning supply is the difference between quoting a price and controlling one.

Architecture and interior design

In-house design keeps the group's aesthetic standard consistent from a single farmhouse to a city masterplan, and removes the coordination gap between designer and builder that inflates cost and timeline on conventional projects.

Turnkey project delivery

One contract, one counterparty, a finished asset at the end. Turnkey is the company's default offer because it is the only model in which the group's control of design, materials and labour shows up fully in the result.

Why It Compounds

Vertical integration

Material network

An owned supply chain, fed by Binarham Industries, lowers cost on every pour and every beam, compounding across hundreds of units.

Dual revenue

Serving group projects and external clients at the same time smooths demand across the property cycle and keeps capacity utilised.
